Asphalt Parking Lot References







We performed a complete parking lot rehab project for Wendys at their Harshman Road store in northeast Dayton in April of 2017.  This included milling off the entire existing surface and replacing it with a new layer of blacktop.  We creatively set a schedule with the owner to cause minimal disruption to the business.  Store address is 2944 Harshman Road in Dayton, Ohio








We paved a 1500 ton asphalt project for the Clermont County Airport, located on the east side of Cincinnati during August of 2017.  The project was a success as we managed airport traffic and worked at a quick pace to minimize disruption to their schedule.  The airport is located at 2001 Sport's Drive in Batavia, Ohio.








This was a unique project that we paved for the historic Loveland Castle on the Little Miami River.  We installed a completely new asphalt parking lot for them in July of 2016 and returned in 2017 to pave some driveways for them.  This job is located at 12025 Shore Road in Loveland, Ohio.







We paved this parking lot for Silver Grove Baptist Church during September of 2017.  This church is located at 7770 Ohio Route 350 in Oregonia, Ohio.  We were able to accomodate the church by scheduling for all of the work to be done in a short time frame that would not affect their church schedule.









We performed a ground up tennis court project for Dayton Christian School during the spring and summer of 2016.  This job is located at the school at 9391 Washington Church Road in Miamisburg, Ohio.







We paved this parking lot for the Knotty Pine Bar on May 5, 2015.  This parking lot is located on the West side of Cincinnati at 6847 Cheviot Road.  The owner's name is Gary Weddle and he was thrilled with the performance delivered by 1-800-ASPHALT.  He had a big event coming up and needed service fast.  From time of bid to completion was less than 7 days on this project.
