Asphalt Parking Lot References









We paved this parking lot for Phillips Edison & Compay on May 24, 2008.  This parking lot is located off of Kemper Road at 11501 Northlake Drive.  This location is right next to the I-71 and I-275 interchange.  We had a strict time frame on this job and did the entire paving project and line striping job in one day.









We paved this parking lot for Midwest Sports Tennis Outlet on April 10, 2008.  Midwest Sports Tennis Outlet is located on the corner of Kemper Road and Reading Road in Sharonville, which is in the northern part of Cincinnati.










We installed this parking lot for Cintech Construction during the fall of 2008.  We installed the entire stone base, both layers of asphalt, line striping, parking blocks, and wheel chair signs at this location.  If you would like to view this project, it is located at 7335 Yankee Road in Liberty Township (Butler County). 










We paved this parking lot for Springvale Baptist Church during the summer of 2008.  This church is located at 1700 Clark Drive, which is off of S.R. 48 in the Goshen area.  We were able to accomodate the church by scheduling for all of the work to be done in a short time frame that would not affect their church schedule.








We paved this parking lot for Century Lake Apartments in April of 2007. Century Lake Apartments is located in the Woodlawn and Glendale area, in the northern part of Cincinnati.  You can see the lot at  the intersection of Springfield Pike and Sheffield Road.











We paved this parking lot at Miami Plaza in Milford, Ohio for Phillips Edison & Company.  This project was completed in the spring of 2008.  Miami Plaza is located right next to the K-Mart plaza on state route 28.
